“Recommendation Letter”
- Can you tell us a little about yourself?
- I am a young entrepreneur that has the will and desire to make a change in his life. I also did landscaping for a living since I was six and because of that opportunity, I learned how to pay bills at a young age.
- The most difficult adjustment that I had to make through my life experience would be running out of gas like 50 miles away from home and had to try to come up with some money fast to try to make it home.
- The work style that I have is feeling as if everyone worked as a family, being able to socialize to get the work done that same day, and being able to split money equally down the middle during tough situations.
- If I ever had a dispute with a co-worker I would really sit down, get to know them better and being able to actually spark a relationship by describing the background errors that we live or lived in.
- My career goals for the next 3-5 years would be to continue saving money with working with my father, save up money to help my family, and graduating from PCC.
- The factors that are going to influence me to take a risk would be my grandmother who took care of me since I was born, my father who does landscaping, and my brothers who live a life that never wanted to live the life of a failure. So instead we all came together to try to arrange a set schedule that doesn’t separate our chances of never seeing each other again.
- One examples for a challenging moment that I had in my past life that I used good judgment to solve the situation would be talking to the boss about a situation that would ruin our chances on making more money. How I solved that situation was by showing him what’s on the truck?Showing him how much it would cost to dump the truck ?and actually finding out how much gas we would need to use to reach our destination?
- The experience that I have working as a team would be getting the work done as soon as possible so, we could go home happy so we could bring home gifts for our children. I like to socialize with people who have a negative or a record because it brings to me a change in heart to me because when they come out of prison it would bring more of a purpose to want to change your life around...ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS.
- The advantages that I have working as a team would be connecting with each other and getting the work done.
- The disadvantages would be not connecting with each other, when the work place is to quiet, and not getting along with people because of skin color.
- The time in my life that I had to learn something difficult was moving a trailer that weighs over 1500 lbs with a crate lifter that only carries about 800 pounds.
- My communication skills are a 5.
- If I found out that one of my co-workers was doing something dishonest I would really sit down with that person and tell them straight up like DON’T DO IT and try to bring a purpose for him/her to see how would your parents feel if you get fired.
- My personal definition of success is learning to use what I have to thrive, and being able to become creative to invent something that would inspire others to look up and have hope in their life.
- MONEY + KNOWLEDGE= FAILURE.
- KNOWLEDGE + USING WHAT YOU HAVE=SUCCESS.
- My plans for self-development and personal development would be to stay focused in school, go read books that would help me open my business early(before I graduate from PCC), see my little cousin Angel who lives in Las Vegas, and hang out with my cousin Lee who lives in the valley.
- I go to work when my classes are finished, I’ll plan ahead to work with my father on the weekends(Mandatory), and put extra time to the side to hangout with friends and family.
- My process for establishing priorities is to make my life style fit in with THE THINGS THAT I HAVE TO DO compared to BEING ABLE TO DO THE THING THAT I WANT TO DO.
- The one thing about me that I know I should change would be FINDING ME. Because sometimes in life I really feel like I don’t fit in because I don’t want to feel as a slave and work for how much the work thinks you should get paid. Especially, the news is bad news to help find you because they only talk mess about low income students, parents, and etc.
- My personal characteristics that makes me feel enhances my effectiveness in communicating with others would be my expressions with the things that I discuss. For example:
- A Rose: A rose in my eyes shows me the love and desire of mother earth. She’s getting destroyed slowly, but at the same time fast because of bombings/ nuclear weapons that kill over millions of people and kills innocent sea animals and kids that live in that environment.
- A Rose: A rose in my eyes shows me the love and desire of mother earth. She’s getting destroyed slowly, but at the same time fast because of bombings/ nuclear weapons that kill over millions of people and kills innocent sea animals and kids that live in that environment.
- The reason why I know that I would be a good fit for this position would be because I am a hard worker who has the desire to me other thousands of people, the money included, and I am capable of staying for later hours for no charge if you wanted me to.
- MONEY + KNOWLEDGE= FAILURE
- KNOWLEDGE + USING WHAT YOU HAVE = SUCCESS.
- A vision is like a dream but without a vision on what you are trying to achieve gives out only a image. With a mission, you are able to actually study what your trying to achieve, being able to put it all together, come up with a solution, and you're able to back-up what you're trying to achieve.
- Those three people would be really close friends like we could just see HOW BAD DOES THAT PERSON WANT THAT MONEY? and being able to communicate with each other to make things happen with no problem.
- Honestly getting around people who are negative and have a bad influence in your life.( Basically tear you apart limb from limb).
Sincerely,
Jessie Grant
